Short Bio

Prof. Jana Ho is an accomplished researcher specializing in the integration of technology in education, with a focus on early childhood learning, gamification, and online assessments for dyslexia. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and a Master's degree in Learning Sciences from the University of Munich. After receiving the Psychology Department Thesis Award from CUHK, she worked as a research associate at Purdue University in the United States before joining USJ. Prof. Ho is committed to advancing teacher development and enhancing pedagogical practices through innovative technological approaches. She is currently a scientific committee member of the special issue in the Journal of International Students -- Rethinking International Education: Leadership, Technology, and Global Citizenship for a Changing World. At the moment, she is supervising postdocs and master's students at USJ on various research projects related to AI literacy.
