Applicants may request to be exempted from certain credits in their chosen programme of studies, based on prior studies at a similar academic level in other tertiary education institutions.
Typically, the maximum amount of exemptions and accreditation that may be awarded to each student corresponds to 30% of the total credit load of the respective programme (25% in the case of the Bachelor in Education).
The final decision to grant credit exemptions relies solely on the university.
Fees may be charged for the exemption and accreditation of modules, according to the university’s tuition fee schedule. Please click here to fill in the form and for more information on how to apply for exemptions and accreditation.
