The ‘2023/2024 Service Projects Launch Ceremony and Mental Health Lecture’ was jointly held by Rotaract D3450 (Area 1) and the Macao Observatory for Social Development of USJ on September 9, 2023 at the USJ Ilha Verde Campus.
