FBL presents talks and papers at ICEME2023 in Beijing

A group of professors, PhD students and MBA graduate from the Faculty of Business and Law attended the 14th International Conference on E-business, Management and Economics (ICEME2023) in Beijing from 21-23 July 2023.
A group of professors, PhD students and an MBA graduate from the University of Saint Joseph’s (USJ) Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) attended the 14th International Conference on E-business, Management and Economics (ICEME2023) to present their research. The event was held in Beijing from 21 to 23 July 2023.
A total of eight USJ papers were presented, as well as two invited talks by Prof. Alexandre Lobo and Prof. Jenny Phillips. All eight papers were co-authored by FBL PhD-BA, MBA and Master of Communication and Media (MCM) graduates with their supervising FBL professors.
The papers will be published in a Scopus-indexed proceedings after revision in the upcoming academic year. Two of the papers, presented by Prof. Emil Marques and Prof. Jenny Phillips respectively, won awards for best paper presentation in their respective sessions. FBL professors also served on the technical committee as paper reviewers, and USJ is a patron of the 14th ICEME2023.
