The Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) at USJ Macao welcomed Dr. Joseph R. Estiller of De La Salle University (DLSU) Dasmarinas for two guest lectures on the topic of Superior Customer Service.
The Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) Macao welcomed Dr. Joseph R. Estiller of De La Salle University (DLSU) Dasmarinas for two guest lectures organised for Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) students on the topic of Superior Customer Service.
A seasoned professor, business consultant, and quality professional, Dr. Joseph Estiller brings deep expertise in areas such as Total Quality Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Leadership, and Supply Chain Management. Across both sessions, students were highly engaged, asking thoughtful questions and actively relating the lectures to real-world business scenarios. Students particularly benefited from learning about the superior customer service practices of top companies in the Philippines.
These lectures reflect the Faculty’s deep appreciation for its ongoing cooperation with De La Salle University Dasmarinas. USJ-FBL anticipates expanding this relationship through future initiatives and shared learning opportunities that will benefit both institutions.
