Cross-cultural communication in international business negotiation
On December 4, 2018, Mr. Alessandro Lampo delivered a talk on Cross-cultural communication in international business negotiation. The talk was delivered to the year 4 students of Business Administration (USJ).
Mr. Alessandro graduated from the Norwegian School of Business in Oslo. With a background in logistics and shipping in Italy, he moved to Norway to manage international sales in the Aluminum and Metal industry. Later he relocated to Mainland China to manage the sales and customer service team in a manufacturing company and finally he moved to Macao where he is currently the Director of Dolcebere (Macau) Trading Ltd.
The talk addressed different dimensions and issues related to the cross-cultural communication in international business, the golden rules to manage cross-cultural miscommunication and finally he illustrated his talk through different cases studies.
