“PLURI 2025 Hybrid Seminar – Portuguese as a Pluricentric Language: From Theory to Practice” will take place from October 16 to 18, 2025, at the University of Macau and the University of Saint Joseph in Macau.
Co-organised by the Leitorado Guimarães Rosa/University of Saint Joseph (USJ), Phoenix Music and Arts Services, Language and Culture Exchange (LECPA), and The Roadhouse Macau, the Brazilian Carnival in Macao brought music, dance, costumes, colors, and plenty of sparkle.

The USJ Doctoral Forum in Psychology took place on the 11th of February 2025, in the Don Bosco Auditorium of the Ilha Verde Campus.
The MoU aims to increase cooperation and development between the two parties, to jointly promote the development of family education in Macao and to help parents better cope with the challenges in the parenting process.
The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) proudly presented its International Cultural Carnival on the 1st of March 2025, at the USJ Ilha Verde Campus.
The School of Education (SED) hosted two public lectures sparking insightful discussions on student development and the evolving role of education.
Through this MoU, both institutions signalled their interest in cooperating on student and teacher mobility, double degrees, and the creation of special doctoral programme classes taught in Portuguese.

Through this MoU, both universities have signalled their interest in cooperation in terms of student and teacher mobility, double degrees, joint offers in blended mode, and e-learning in Portuguese and English.
Year-2 and year-4 BBA students took a field visit to Hotel Central Macau and the Ervanários neighborhood for their “WorldLab”.
The Premier and Minister of Finance of the British Virgin Islands, Dr The Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley and the Premier’s delegation, accompanied by the British Virgin Islands Government Representative Office Hong Kong, visited USJ and were warmly welcomed by the Rector, Rev’d Prof. Stephen Morgan and other members of the Senior Management.
On the 26 February 2025, a delegation from the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) Macao visited Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT) to discuss potential collaborations, particularly in the field of product design.
