The “Student Alliance” was declared to be the new University of Saint Joseph Students’ Association (USJSA), receiving over 90% votes in support.
The 8th USJ Students Association Election was held from 4 to 5 December 2023. A total of three polling stations were set up in each of the University of Saint Joseph’s campus (Ilha Verde Campus, NAPE Campus and Seminary Campus). According to the official result, the Student Alliance was declared to be the new University of Saint Joseph Students’ Association (USJSA), receiving over 90% votes in support.
After the poll closing times, the counting completed smoothly by 7 p.m. at the Student Lounge of the Ilha Verde Campus. The election was conducted in an open, fair and honest manner.
