USJ Prof. Nuno Soares, Head of the Department of Architecture and Design of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, was elected Vice-President of the Architects Association of Macau for 2024–2025.
Prof. Nuno Soares, Head of the Department of Architecture and Design of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ), was elected Vice-President of the Architects Association of Macau for 2024–2025.
The Architects Association of Macau (AAM) held its General Assembly on 7 December, 2023, at its headquarters. Among the several matters discussed during the meeting, there was the election of a new organisational structure, in which Prof. Nuno Soares was appointed Vice President of the Board of Directors for Youth & International Affairs. Ar. Ho Pui Kei, Ar. Wu Kim Kam, and Ar. Lai Kun Fong were also elected Vice Presidents.
The organisational structure will keep Architect Leong Chong In as the President of the General Assembly for 2024–2025 and Ar. Christine Choi as the President of the Board of Directors.
Prof. Nuno Soares has been actively involved in the Architects Association of Macau since 2005 as Director of the Board of Directors.
