Professor Francisco Leandro, USJ full time scholar, has delivered a research paper at the 8th Guangdong Hong Kong Sustainable Development Conference held on September 23, 2016 in HKSAR. His paper titled OBOR is reshaping geopolitics: Macau functional power, has been published in the sequence of conference procedures as part of his post doctoral research at University of Macau.
