Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students attended from an open-door event at the Macao Young Entrepreneur Incubation Center (MYEIC).
A group of year 2 and 4 students from the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme attended from an open-door event at the Macao Young Entrepreneur Incubation Center (MYEIC) on 8 October.
The event, sponsored by Macao Foundation, gave students a practical understanding of the traits of successful entrepreneurs and the steps of the entrepreneurial process. A representative explained the centre’s primary goal of supporting new entrepreneurs and startups in Macao through a range of support, including facilities, professional advice, and mentoring.
A second speaker, an established entrepreneur, shared not only his successes but also the significant challenges he faced. This provided a realistic and balanced perspective on the entrepreneurial journey.
Overall, the event was an extremely valuable and insightful experience for the USJ business students.
