USJ representatives chatted with students from all over Southeast Asia through the Talk Global Study event on 1 December, 2021.
On 1 December 2021, University of Saint Joseph (USJ) representatives chatted with dozens of students from Southeast Asian countries through BMI’s Talk Global Study Asia Virtual Fair.
The countries that USJ reached ranged from Mainland China to Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, South Korea, and Vietnam. During the “Study in China Seminar Series, “Prof. Karen Tagulao of USJ’s Institute of Science and Environment gave a presentation titled “Nature-based solutions for sustainable cities: Universities as drivers of environmental education and research.” BMI’s Talk Global Study events are virtual fairs where universities set up “booths” where students can queue to chat with representatives through instant messaging and even video calls.
