USJ Macao was honoured to take part in the Ho Chi Minh City April University Fairs 2025, a two-day event connecting international universities with students from some of the most prominent international schools in Vietnam.

On 17 April 2025, USJ participated in the fair hosted at Australian International School (AIS) in District 2. During the afternoon sessions, USJ had the opportunity to engage with students from AIS as well as neighbouring schools, including the British International School, International School of Ho Chi Minh City, ISHCMC American Academy and European International School. The conversations were vibrant and inquisitive, with students showing particular interest in the University’s academic programmes, scholarship opportunities, and the international experience of studying in Macao.

The following day, 18 April 2025, USJ joined the fair at Renaissance International School Saigon (RISS) in District 7. The event was attended by students and families from Years 10–13, supported by a dedicated team of Year 12 student ambassadors and the school’s IB Coordinator. The fair concluded with a social networking session for university representatives and counsellors, providing a warm and collegial environment for further exchange and collaboration.

Across both fairs, USJ was pleased to share insights about its multicultural learning environment, English-medium instruction, and strong focus on academic excellence in Macao. Representatives from USJ were impressed by the level of interest and enthusiasm from Vietnamese students, who demonstrated both curiosity and confidence in discussing their future academic goals.

USJ extends its sincere thanks to the organisers, host schools, and student volunteers who made the HCMC April University Fairs 2025 such a memorable experience. We look forward to continued engagement with students in Vietnam and welcoming more of them to our campus in Macao.
