USJ Hosts South China Normal University Delegation, Continuing Educational Exchange

The University of Saint Joseph hosted a delegation from South China Normal University in January, continuing the educational exchange between the two institutions.
The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) hosted a delegation from South China Normal University (SCNU) in January, continuing the educational exchange between the two institutions.
The delegation included Prof. Li Shengbing, Dean of the Faculty of Education; Chen Yinyin, Lecturer of the Faculty of Education Science; and Professor Huang Zhimin, Dean Assistant of the Faculty of Education and Head of the Preschool Education programme at Guilin Normal University. Accompanying the delegation were Dr. Chan Ting Fung, Director of the Education Commission Office of the Macao Diocese, and Ms. Lao Sio Wa, Principal of Escola de Santa Teresa do Menino Jesus. The visit was hosted by Dr. Teresa Loong, Vice-Rector for Student Life at USJ.
During the meeting, both parties engaged in friendly discussions on future cooperation. Vice-Rector Dr. Teresa Loong expressed that the USJ Faculty of Education would visit SCNU in return to further deepen collaboration and dialogue in the field of education.
This cooperation not only marks the expansion of USJ’s partner network with mainland institutions but also puts into practice the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
