USJ member participated in the “Building Macao Modern Finance Talent Pool Symposium” on 28 April 2022.



A delegation from the Univertsity of Saint Joseph (USJ) joined the “Building Macao Modern Finance Talent Pool Symposium” on 28 April 2022. The event was co-organised by the Macau Greater Bay Area Human Resources Association, the Faculty of Business of the City University of Macau, and the Macau Financial Law Association.

The contents of symposium included the development trend of Macao’s modern financial industry and the building of the local financial talent pool.

The participating USJ members included Mr. Emil Marques, Senior Lecturer of the Faculty of Business and Law; Ms Teresa Loong, Director of Office for Student and Alumni Affairs and Mr Hins Lao, Officer of Office for Student and Alumni Affairs.

The speakers of symposium included Ms Carmen Lo, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Macau and Customer Director of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Ltd; Mr. David Lo, Director of the AIA Group Ltd,; Mr Michael Wang, General Manager of the Ant Bank (Macau) Ltd; Mr Carlos Fan, Director of the Chong Wa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co Ltd; and Mr Calvin Choi, Partner of Rato, Ling, Lei & Cortés – Advogados (Lektou).
