Graduation Ceremony for Sands China International Strategic Leadership Programme for Integrated Resorts & Sharing Session
Sands China launched the International Strategic Leadership Programme for Integrated Resorts for its local management team members. This first-of-its-kind international education programme was designed in conjunction with the University of St. Joseph in Macao, the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics in Lisbon, Portugal; and Cornell School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, New York, USA.
Over the course of five months the first group of 25 participants went to study on three continents, taking advantage of the unique areas of industry expertise of the three prestigious universities. This programme not only offers the participants international horizons, but also helps pave their career paths as future leaders in integrated resort management
