OSAA and HR Team joined the training about career planning services
University of Saint Joseph (USJ) invited Dr. Claire Ouyang, Instructor of The National Career Development Association (NCDA) of Facilitating Career Development (FCD) and founding president of the Macao Career Development Association, to provide a facilitating career development training for the staff of Office for Student and Alumni Affairs (OSAA) and Human Resources (FHRO). The training consisted of relevant skills and knowledge to assist others in particular career development, planning and obtaining meaningful work. Topics like employability and programme development, designing and implementing related services for target populations, service promotion and marketing.of programmes were also covered.
