Two MBA students won the Macau InnoICT Business Plan Competition 2016 last week.

USJ’s Master of Business Administration students participated in the Macau InnoICT Business Plan Competition 2016. The result was announced last Monday, 29th August 2016. This competition was hosted by Manetic and GAES. It aimed to push forward the development channels for local innovative and ICT thoughts.

MBA students, Manuel Correia Silva and Elena Pomytkina won the Competition. The Business Plan presented by these students was initially developed as a project for the MBA Module “MBA107-Criativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship” lectured by Prof. Álvaro Barbosa and Prof. Ricardo Rato. The students pursued this project and submitted it to the InnoICT Business Plan Competition 2016, being awarded 1st place and a prize value of MOP 340,000 to start their business. This was a great opportunity for the students to put their academic business plans into practice and for exchanging ideas and experiences with other entrepreneurs.
