Magno Chancellor From The Universidade Politécnica of Mozambique Visited USJ Macao

The Rector of USJ Macao, Rev. Prof. Stephen Morgan, alongside other members of the USJ and the Macau Spin Incubator board member, warmly welcomed the visit of the Magno Chancellor of the Universidade Politécnica of Mozambique, Professor Lourenço do Rosário, accompanied by the Vice-Consul of Mozambique in Macao, Mr Aurélio Chiconela.



On 27th February, the Rector of USJ Macao, Rev. Prof. Stephen Morgan, alongside other members of the university and the Macau Spin Incubator board member, warmly welcomed the visit of the Magno Chancellor of the Universidade Politécnica of Mozambique, Professor Lourenço do Rosário, accompanied by the Vice-Consul of Mozambique in Macao, Mr Aurélio Chiconela.

This visit provided an opportunity for collaborative discussion on the Macau Spin Incubator project while fostering a connection between the two institutions and exploring potential collaboration. 

Members of USJ Macao participated in this visit: Dean of the Faculty of Business of Law (FBL), Prof. Jenny Phillips, Coordinator of the Master of Business Administration Programme, Prof. Sérgio Gomes, Manager of the International Affairs office, Mrs Ana Paula Mota and Member of the Macau Spin Incubator (Macau Spin) Board of Directors, Mr Marco Rizzolio.

During the visit, the Dean of FBL, Professor Jenny Phillips and the Macao Spin representative, Mr Marco Rizzolio int, introduced the services and facilities available at the Macau Spin, likewise shared the possibilities of networking between the entrepreneurial and business communities at the Greater Bay Area with the Portuguese Speaking Countries.

The Magno Chancellor demonstrated great interest in the project and assured that he would share the initiative with the university’s competent department for further development.
