USJ participated on the CESL Asia and Friends Sports Fun Day 2021 and donated MOP 10,000 to the Macau Special Olympics this year.
To support the Macau Special Olympics (MSO) and to embrace social inclusion, staff and students of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) participated in the CESL Asia and Friends Sports Fun Day 2021, on 6 November, 2021,
For every team that played the bocce game, CESL Asia would donate MOP 2,000 to the MSO. The USJ team, including Sadik (Bachelor of Social Work), Pang Wing Yan (Bachelor of Education) and Ms. Jenny Lam from the Office for Students and Alumni Affairs (OSAA), played bocce with the MSO members and entered the semi-finals.
This year USJ donated MOP 10,000 to the Macau Special Olympics to support the event. Dr. Alejandro Salcedo Garcia, Administrator of USJ, attended the Charity Cheque Presentation Ceremony on the day on behalf of USJ.
