The Faculty of Social Sciences and Education is organising an online Public Seminar titled “Perceptions of, and Attitudes to Catholic Schools’ Ethos in Macao: Towards a Common Framework of Catholic Schools’ Identity” on 17 June 2021.



About the Talk:

Fr. Lawrence’s thesis addresses the Catholic identity of Catholic schools in Macao, many of which include non-Catholic teachers, students and their parents. The research investigates their perceptions of Catholic identity and ethos and how to enhance the vision of the local Catholic Church of Macao with regard to Catholic Education.

About the Speaker:

Fr. Lawrence The Reh O.P is a Dominican father. He received his B. A. degree in Geography from the University of Loikaw, Myanmar 2008, and he completed his Bachelor in Christian Studies (2015) and Master of Education from the University of Saint Joseph, Macau (2019) and currently, he is working in Pastoral Care at Saint Paul’s School.
