The “1st Summit of the “Alliance for R&D on Health Science and Technology for Longevity between China and Portugal Speaking Countries” & Inauguration Ceremony” will take place on 28 October 2025, at USJ Macao.
This event marks the 1st Summit of the “Alliance for R&D on Health Science and Technology for Longevity between China and Portugal Speaking Countries” & Inauguration Ceremony, initiated by universities, research institutions, science and technology parks, and healthcare companies from Macao, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, mainland China, and Portuguese-speaking countries.
The alliance is dedicated to advancing research in and application of technologies related to humankind’s healthy longevity, supporting the improvement of quality of life through scientific and systematic approaches, and promoting the extension of healthy lifespan.
Additionally, under the theme of “AI-Empowered Anti-Aging, Collaborative R&D for Longevity”, the Summit will hence focus on cutting-edge breakthroughs and the commercialization of emerging technologies including but not limited to artificial intelligence in anti-aging, and explores cross-border, cross-regional, cross-field, and cross-institutional research and development collaborations in the field of technological development for healthy longevity.
