The exhibition is open at the Keng Wong Exhibition Gallery from 6 to 13 December, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm.

Foreword :

In order to further promote high quality development of the art industry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, to strengthen the cultural power of the Greater Bay Area (GBA), to jointly enrich the humanistic spirit of the GBA, to strengthen the academic and cultural exchanges among the universities in the GBA, and to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, the Guangdong Lacquer Art Inheritance Base “Inheritance of Lacquer Art – Colorful Lacquer” – Lacquer Painting Exhibition of Teachers and Students will be held in the Kent Wong Gallery of the University of Saint Joseph, Macao.

This exhibition is a manifestation of the teaching achievements of the Guangdong Lacquer Art Inheritance Base and it hopes to provide Guangdong and Macao artists with learning and exchange opportunities and a platform to help popularise the Guangdong lacquer art heritage.
