USJ Warmly Celebrates Pre-Christmas with a Festive Party

USJ held a pre-Christmas party on the evening of 11 December 2025, co-organized by the USJ Students’ Association, the Chaplaincy Office, and the Office for Student and Alumni Affairs, sponsored by the USJ Alumni Association.
The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) held a pre-Christmas party on the evening of 11 December 2025, co-organized by the USJ Students’ Association (USJSA), the Chaplaincy Office, and the Office for Student and Alumni Affairs (OSAA), sponsored by the USJ Alumni Association (AAUSJ). Approximately 80 students, friends, families, alumni, and staff gathered to celebrate Christmas in advance.
The party commenced in the evening at the USJ Ilha Verde Campus. The event began with Seminary students singing hymns, followed by students from the USJ Music Club presenting songs and dance performances, and inviting the audience to join in the dance. Participants left their seats and danced on the dance floor, filling the evening with a vibrant atmosphere.
The event featured an intense and thrilling Bingo game taking place simultaneously, filled with the excitement of competition and the joy of sharing. The party concluded with a gift exchange session, where carefully prepared gifts carried the heartfelt sentiments and blessings of everyone present. Amid the cheerful melodies, the profound bond between university faculty and students, as well as the spirit of sharing, were deeply reflected. The party aimed to provide students with a relaxing break during the busy end-of-semester period while strengthening the sense of belonging and campus cohesion among faculty, alumni, and staff.
USJ will continue to foster a united and friendly campus culture in the future. We sincerely thank all members of USJSA and the university staff members for their hard work and dedication. Let us move forward together and welcome a hopeful new year.
