USJ ETLLO has launched a Crisis Management Workshop for the Tourism Bureau to bolster the risk resilience of local tourism professionals.
The Executive Training and Lifelong Learning Office has organized a 2-day Crisis Management Workshop for Macau Tourism Bureau from 3 to 5 March, to assist in enhancing the crisis response awareness and practical skills of businesses and personnel within Macao’s tourism sectors.
This course features Mr. Vitor Vai as the keynote speaker, who will share insights on the significance of tourism to the Macao SAR, crisis management strategies for Macao’s tourism sectors, key elements in crisis assessment and handling, as well as emergency response measures. Employing diverse teaching methods, including professional highlights sharing, case studies, and scenario-based exercises, to enhance the crisis awareness and improve responsiveness to unforeseen circumstances, the workshop will assist participants in comprehending the potential risks and opportunities inherent in crises.
The course has concluded successfully. Participants unanimously acknowledged the instructor’s expertise, noting that this learning opportunity effectively enhanced their professional capabilities and broadened their perspectives.
