Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

– Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Capturing high-quality photos to preserve our guest’s precious moments, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
– Drive sales activities by effectively showcasing our products, highlighting their features, and promoting their benefits to customers.

Job Requirements: 

– Proficient in Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua.
– Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, and outgoing.
– Willingness to work on shift duty (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays)
