USJ ETLLO holds Crisis Management Course for the Post, Telegraph and Telephones Office (CTT)

The course aimed to improve the management and response skills of the staff at CTT in handling crises.



The Executive Training and Lifelong Learning Office (ETLLO) at USJ, commissioned by the Post, Telegraph and Telephones Office (CTT) launched a “Crisis Management Course” between 10 December and 17 December 2025. This course aimed to improve the management and response skills of the staff at CTT in handling crises.

Mr. Vitor Vai was invited to serve as the keynote speaker. His sharing concentrated on strategies for crisis resolution and management strategies, employing a diverse teaching approach including interactive discussions, case studies, and scenario exercises to enhance participants’ understanding of crisis management. This approach fortified their mechanisms for crisis prevention and control, fostering continuous team improvement.

The course concluded successfully, with participants expressing positive feedback regarding the instructor’s teaching and the content of the course.
