FBL hosts Finance Session Featuring CFA Institute

The session aimed to enhance the professional qualifications of USJ’s business students, providing them with valuable insights into the finance industry.
On the 5th September, the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) organised an informative afternoon session focused on finance. The session aimed to enhance the professional qualifications of USJ’s business students, providing them with valuable insights into the finance industry.
The event featured representatives from the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Hong Kong, who delivered a presentation on the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams and the CFA Institute Research Challenge.
The session attracted a diverse audience, including Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students from all four years, exchange students from Brazil, Hungary, and Vietnam, as well a Doctoral student.
This collaboration was initiated by Mr. Redfield Cheong, an alumnus of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme and currently a CFA charter holder.
