FBL held a workshop on SDG 11: Sustainable cities and communities

Year 3 Bachelor of Business Administration students participated in a workshop on Sustainable Development Goal 11: “Sustainable cities and communities”.



On February 16, 2022, Prof. Eduardo Santos, Visiting Academic at the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL) of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ), organised a workshop on Sustainability for the Year 3 Bachelor of Business Administration students.

The Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11: “Sustainable cities and communities” was introduced during the workshop by guest speaker Mr. Terrence Lee, President of the Sustaincia Association Macau. The following topics were discussed among the participants: Smart City integration online platform, the role of the Sustaincia.org Association in Macau, and how students from a community perspective can work with the Association to promote sustainability.

Prof. Eduardo Santos is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the FBL/USJ in Macao. He studies global challenges related to sustainability in the construction industry and smart technologies.
