The Career Development Series, sponsored by the Macao Foundation, is making strides in shaping the future of students as they embark on their journeys before or after graduation. On the 16th and 30th of May, 2023, the Mentorship Programme held lunch gatherings that were attended by most of the graduating students from the Bachelor of Christian Studies, Design, and Fashion Design. These events aim to provide opportunities for Bachelor students in their final year to share their experiences with each other and to learn from alumni mentors and faculty members.

The events were graced by the presence of professors and staff members from the Office of Student and Alumni Affairs. Specially invited alumni mentors shared their experiences and insights before and during lunch, which was an enriching experience for the students. The Dean of the Faculty of Religious Studies and Philosophy, Father Cyril Law, and the Head of the Department of Architecture and Design, Professor Nuno Soares, inaugurated the lunch gatherings with speeches that set the tone for both events respectively.

The Career Development Series is committed to providing students, alumni, and even the general public with the knowledge, networks, tools, and resources they need to succeed in their vocations or careers. The Mentorship Programme is an integral part of this commitment, and events like these gatherings provide students with valuable opportunities to learn from experts in their fields and to network with other students and alumni.
