The Public Lecture “DATA CORK: Designing the Hidden Patterns of Sustainability”, organised by the Faculty of Arts and Humanities – Department of Architecture and Design, will take place on the 4th December in the Don Bosco Auditorium.

About the Speaker:
Marina Peres is a multidisciplinary designer, researcher and design educator currently teaching at the College of Architecture, Art, and Design (AUS). She is the co-founder of Studio Invicta. She has over 30 years of experience in the design field, developing expertise in areas such as brand system identity, strategic design, visual communication, infographics, data visualization and motion graphics. Her academic journey includes a PhD in Design, a Master’s in Infographics and Data Visualization, a postgraduate degree in Digital Art and Motion Graphics and a Bachelor’s in Communication Design. This diverse foundation allows me to bridge creative practice and academic rigour, fostering impactful design solutions and innovative teaching approaches.
