The Bachelor of Communication and Media end of year event – “BCM Pizza Party” – continues to grow as a cherished annual tradition, celebrating the end of the year along with the creativity, dedication, and achievements of the entire programme.
The Bachelor of Communication and Media (BCM) community at USJ Macao wrapped up another successful academic year with its now-traditional gathering – BCM Pizza Party – bringing students and staff together for an evening of celebration, music, and recognition.
Due to weather conditions, this year’s gathering was held indoors, yet the vibrant and warm atmosphere remained intact. This year, the event was organised solely by the Department of Media, Art and Technology (MAT) and sponsored by Melco, which generously supported the celebration and contributed attractive prizes.
A highlight of the evening was the live performance by the “BCM Music Club”, an informal group of three talented BCM students who formed a band and delivered an energetic set of songs, adding a special musical touch to the night.
The event also served as a platform to recognise student excellence. Melco awarded tickets to Studio City Water Park and the spectacular House of the Dancing Water show at City of Dreams to the highest-GPA students from each year, as well as to those with perfect attendance. The night also celebrated the winner of the BCM T-shirt 2026 Edition Design Contest, with Kara Krystelle taking home the prize for her winning design.
With more than fifty participants including students and staff from the BCM programme, the evening was filled with pizza, drinks and delicious snacks but also lively conversations, laughter, and a strong sense of community. The gathering reinforced the close-knit spirit of the BCM family and provided a well-deserved moment of relaxation and connection after a productive academic year.
The BCM Pizza Party continues to grow as a cherished annual tradition, celebrating the end of the year along with the creativity, dedication, and achievements of the entire programme.
