The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) continues to reinforce its international partnerships with a view to expanding opportunities for its students and faculty.
On 24 November, members of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) Macao, including Associate Professor Ansoumane Douty DIAKITÉ, Head of the Department of Law and Public Policy at the Faculty of Business and Law, and Mrs Ana Paula MOTA, Head of the International Affairs Office, met with stakeholders from eighteen French institutions at the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong, Macao. The breakfast meeting focused on exploring avenues for collaboration, strengthening academic networks, and identifying new opportunities for student and faculty exchanges, as well as other areas of academic interest.
During the discussions, the parties highlighted the importance of fostering cross-border cooperation in higher education. The dialogue underscored USJ’s commitment to providing its students with enriching international experiences that broaden their academic horizons and cultural understanding. This meeting marks another step in USJ’s ongoing efforts to build sustainable partnerships with institutions worldwide, particularly in Europe. By expanding its network, USJ aims to create pathways for joint research, faculty collaboration, and mobility programmes that benefit both students and the wider academic community.
