This event is sponsored by the 10K Plan, jointly organised by Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), Hong Kong and Macao universities. Leveraging on the strength of the School of Business of GDUFS and the Sino-Lusophone Research Center, the event consists of in class lectures delivered by professors from various universities and field trips to industry leaders located in Guangdong, e.g. XPeng and Midea. The major areas in this 10K Plan event area: Maritime Silk Road, A cooperation of 2 cities – Macao and Guangzhou, The Dynamics of Changes, Pearl River Delta and the GBA, and The New Era. The event provided knowledge about the historical trading system and culture in the GBA. Participants appreciated the current system and understood their mission in the new millennium.
