More than 150 founders and senior decision-makers converged at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) Macao on 12 June, for the city’s inaugural Boustead APEX IPO Conference, a landmark event focused on equipping regional businesses to access U.S. public capital markets through Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
This milestone event was made possible through the strategic partnership between Boustead APEX, USJ Macao, and TCY Group. Their combined efforts not only ensured the conference’s success but also delivered the right audience: a curated group of high-impact founders, investors, and decision-makers ready to explore U.S. capital markets.
The Macao conference marks the sixth stop in Boustead APEX’s Asia-Pacific IPO roadshow series, following successful events in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen. The conference series reflects a growing interest among fast-scaling Asian enterprises to go public on U.S. exchanges such as Nasdaq and the NYSE.
Over a dynamic afternoon, attendees received practical guidance from top-tier IPO specialists, including underwriters, attorneys, auditors, and investors.

Dr. Charlie In, Founder of Raffles Capital, and cornerstone investor, delivered a compelling keynote on “IPO in 18–24 Months”, offering founders actionable strategies to accelerate their path to going public. His insights on “WIIFI” (What’s In It For Investors) provided a roadmap for aligning entrepreneurial vision with investor expectations. He also highlighted their Sustainability Impact Fund (SIF) that is uniquely positioned to act as a mother fund, supporting countries, communities, provinces, trade associations, and cooperatives in raising capital for their SDG-aligned projects and ventures. The fund will assist these entities in issuing B.O.S.S. (Bonds, Options, Shares, Structured-notes), enabling them to secure the necessary funding to grow and scale their initiatives.
