USJ held a “Career Exploration Day” welcoming a total of 120 grade 11 students and teachers from Our Lady of Fatima Girls’ School at its Ilha Verde campus.

The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) held a “Career Exploration Day” on the 9th of July, welcoming a total of 120 grade 11 students and teachers from Our Lady of Fatima Girls’ School at its Ilha Verde campus. Through interactive workshops and campus tours, USJ offered students an in-depth look at its unique educational philosophy and holistic development model.

Each faculty at USJ curated engaging interactive learning experiences:

  •  The School of Education focused on inclusive education, guiding students to explore the significance of equal learning opportunities.
  • The Institute of Science and Environment conducted hands-on experiments to demonstrate the rigor and excitement of scientific research by meeting with the in-house scientists.
  • The Faculty of Health Sciences used local case studies to deepen students’ understanding of the values of social work.
  • The Faculty of Arts and Humanities drew inspiration from Macao’s urban development to stimulate creativity and humanistic reflection.

Students participated enthusiastically throughout the event, engaging in lively exchanges with the University professors and members. The event truly embodied USJ’s educational spirit of “Tradition, Innovation, Vision”

Dedicated to bridging non-tertiary and higher education, USJ plans to expand its range of academic experiences, helping young learners broaden their horizons for future studies and career planning.
