The partnership between the University of Saint Joseph and APEC – Associação Portuguesa de Escolas Católicas encourages students from Catholic schools in Portugal to pursue an enriching educational experience at USJ Macao.
The Rector of the University of Saint Joseph (USJ) Macao, Rev’d. Professor Stephen Morgan, recently visited Professor Deacon Fernando Magalhães, President of APEC – Associação Portuguesa de Escolas Católicas.
During their meeting, they discussed potential opportunities for students from Catholic schools in Portugal and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance collaboration between both institutions, with the goal of providing enriching experiences for students, faculty, staff, and families from USJ Macao and the schools affiliated with APEC. This collaboration will involve the joint execution of activities across academic, scientific, technical, pedagogical, and cultural areas of mutual interest.

O Reitor da Universidade de São José (USJ) de Macau, Rev. Professor Stephen Morgan, visitou o Professor Diácono Fernando Magalhães, Presidente da APEC – Associação Portuguesa de Escolas Católicas numa visita recente a Portugal.
Durante o encontro, discutiram potenciais oportunidades para os estudantes das escolas católicas em Portugal e assinaram um Memorando de Entendimento (MoU) para reforçar a colaboração entre as duas instituições, com o objetivo de proporcionar experiências enriquecedoras aos estudantes, professores, funcionários e famílias do USJ Macau e das escolas afiliadas à APEC. Esta colaboração envolverá a execução conjunta de actividades em áreas académicas, científicas, técnicas, pedagógicas e culturais de interesse mútuo.
