[Notice – Lifelong Learning Office]

Lifelong learning programmes have gradually resumed classes, in order to prevent novel coronavirus infection, all individuals must wear their own masks properly and take body temperature at Campus Security Centre and present the valid electronic “Macao Health Code” before entering the University of Saint Joseph campus (Ilha Verde Campus / N.A.P.E. Campus / St. Joseph Seminary). If anyone who develops fever or symptoms of respiratory infection or refuses to present or fill out the electronic health code certificate will not be allowed to enter the campus. Arrangements for Class Resumption for lifelong learning programmes details were sent to participant’s E-mail, those who participated in the lifelong learning programmes are invited to comply with the regulations.

Hotline (+853 8592 5688) and E-mail (conted@usj.edu.mo) enquiry services are resumed normal to the general public, operation hours for enquiry services (Hotline and E-mail)  are temporarily adjusted as 10:00–13:30; 14:30–18:00 (Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

All certificate pick-up services (including general lifelong learning public programmes and teachers’ training courses): Starting from 06 May 2020, we will launch e-Booking for Counter Service for the general public. For those who need to collect certificate, you can make an appointment and pre-fill your application via online e-Booking service (click HERE). After completing your pre-fill of its application, our office will send you an email and SMS to confirm your appointment shortly.

We will pay close attention to the current Novel Coronavirus situation and will update the latest information regarding the corresponding arrangements in due course.

[通知 – 持續進修部]

持續進修課程已逐步復課，為降低新型冠狀病毒傳播風險，所有人士進入聖若瑟大學校園時（青洲校舍／皇朝校舍／聖若瑟修院）須自備及適當佩戴口罩，並先前往校園保安室量度體溫，同時須出示當天有效的電子「澳門健康碼」方可進入校園。若發現有發熱或呼吸道症狀的人士或拒絕出示電子憑證或填寫健康碼申報書人士，將被禁止進入校園。我部亦已制定相關復課指引，指引詳情已用電郵方式向學員發出 ，敬請各位學員細閱並遵循其守則安排。

電話熱線（+853 8592 5688）及電郵查詢服務（conted@usj.edu.mo）已恢復正常開放給予公眾查詢，服務時間暫時作出調整，最新服務時間為：星期一至五 10:00 – 13:30 ; 14:30 – 18:00（星期六、日及公眾假期除外）。

領取課程證書服務（包括一般持續進修課程及教師培訓課程）：由2020年05月06日起可以接受網上預約櫃檯服務。如需領取課程證書者，須經網上表格（請按此連結）預先進行網上預約服務。完成網上預約服務後，我部將盡快向申請者發出電郵及短訊通知確認。
