“In Conversation with the Masters” 2nd Creative Design Exchange Salon
The Faculty of Creative Industries (University of Saint Joseph) organised a unique seminar titled “In the Conversation with the Masters – 2nd Creative Design Exchange Salon”. This event was made possible with the support of the Macau Cultural Promotion Association, Association for Talent Development in the Creative and Cultural Industries of Macao and Shenzhen Creative Culture Interchange Association.
The event was held on the 19th June at the Faculty of Creative Industries and brought to USJ two industrial Design Masters specifically targeted for experience sharing for its design students and alumni at USJ. The design masters included VTECH Design Director and Founder of Deep Blue Design –Mr. David Waterman from the UK, and DXMDS (Ding Xiaomai Design Studio) Founder – Mr. Ismael Abedin Ingelmo from Spain.
It was a privilege and honour to be able to have such an international lineup of Masters to share their design know-how and contribute to the advancement of design education in Macau. USJ continues to inspire students and broaden horizons by providing unique opportunities through its networks to provide the best educational experience via its innovative and industry-focused programmes.
