健康及環境科學學院致力成為一所創新並與國際接軌的學習平台,培育卓越的專職醫療及環境專業人員、實務工作者、研究人員和機構領導者。學院透過以實證為本、以實務為導向的研究,推進健康知識、照護實務及環境保育工作,服務社區及自然環境。學院紮根澳門,面向粵港澳大灣區及更廣泛的社會需要,透過協作、創新及追求卓越,培育新一代人才回應影響人類健康及地球環境的廣泛決定因素。在具卓越國際視野的教研人員指導下,學院致力裝備畢業生兼備專業知識與人文關懷,以領導力及行動力共同塑造更美好、更可持續的生活環境。

使命

健康及環境科學學院致力透過以下工作實踐上述願景:

  1. 提供全面的健康及環境科學教育與培訓課程,培育新一代專職醫療及環境專業人才,使其能在高度互聯的世界中引領及推動醫療保健、環境實務及相關服務的發展,並充分理解人類健康、福祉與環境之間的密切關係。
  2. 推動具影響力的研究協作,回應健康、環境及社會面對的挑戰,為社區及自然環境創造正面成果。
  3. 推展結合社區持份者參與的教育工作,促進落實有效及可持續的醫療保健介入措施和環境倡議,惠及個人、家庭及機構,同時保護健康賴以維繫的環境。
  4. 透過專業指導培育以價值為本的未來領袖,秉持專業價值及倫理原則,以專業能力、關懷和誠信服務社區。學院期望畢業生成為醫療保健及相關服務領域的積極變革推動者和貢獻者,並對所服務的社區及自然環境抱持堅定承擔。
