OSAA will provide mentorship scheme aims at providing valuable opportunities for USJ undergraduate students to seek career advice and guidance from alumni who act as mentors with professionals and senior executives from different industries to share their career and life experience, as well as the success stories in their career planning and development.
During the scheme, mentors and mentees can meet upon their own schedules. Besides receiving career and life guidance from alumni, students can also expand their networking with industry professionals related to their major, as well as gain more internship or training opportunities before graduation which can benefit the students to join the society in the future.
