Dear PhD candidates,
Greetings!
We write to inform you that the University’s Congregation ceremony will take place in September 2018 (exact date will be announced later). In order to be eligible to participate in the 2018 Congregation, you must submit your thesis at the university’s Academic Records Office by May 31, 2018 and your oral defence must be completed by July 31, 2018. Please find enclosed a document that contains more information on the submission procedure.
You may submit your thesis later, until the end of August (or, if you haven’t enrolled in September, until you reach the maximum standard duration of your respective programme), but you will then not be able to participate in the 2018 Congregation.
