The Quality Assurance Office (QA Office) is a central office of the University and plays a key role in the organisation, administration, operations of quality assurance and enhancement (QAE).
It is responsible for servicing, developing, maintaining and enhancing the processes and outcomes by which the University assures and continuously improves the quality and standards of all its work; it is a repository of data, reports, and QAE-related matters, and keeps abreast of, and disseminates, local, regional and international developments in QAE.
The Quality Assurance Office works under the guidance of the Vice-Rector for Quality Assurance and the Director of the QA Office, accountable to the Rector and the Executive Council of the University.
