This module provides a theoretical foundation and a set of practical tools for the development of creative environments, management of innovation, and the change associated with it, both in corporate settings and start-up situations. For the purposes of the module innovation is defined as the profitable commercialization of a new idea: product, market, process, or technology.

The primary focus of this module is on new product/service decisions and development processes. The course provides a comprehensive analytical coverage of the various product decisions, critical discussion of the research needed as input to the decisions, and the contributions of management and behavioral sciences to the development process. The module covers the following areas: the role of new products in marketing and corporate management; basic product policy concepts, product life cycle, product positioning, product portfolio, and new product development testing, management and launching.

This module provides an overview of Digital Technology, its trends, promises and opportunities for innovation, in relation to Systematic Creativity tools/methodologies, that converges into Business Models, which can be validated by potential real world clients.
Business Models describe the way of how an organization create, deliver and capture value. They are at the core of any Entrepreneurship project and are enhanced by Creativity and Innovation.
This Module proposes different approaches to promote Creativity, adding value to the process of Business Models Generation.
Technology Innovation will be presented as a stronger driver for changes in the markets and to be the basis of powerful Business Models.

This module introduces students to drama as an art form, and as part of the module students participate in a theatrical/drama production. As well as devising, rehearsing and presenting a group performance, students also gain awareness and confidence with their bodies. Different Eastern and Western drama and gesture traditions are considered, and recorded performances are reviewed and critiqued.

This class is designed as an introduction to acting and the interplay of human communication in the Dramatic arts. We will use the techniques or principles used in dance and theatre as a basis for developing your creativity, self-expression, collaborative skills and public speaking skills.
There are many ways to communicate. The performing arts are a great tool for problem solving, innovating, and working within constraints. You will learn to think creatively “on your feet”. There are no right or wrong answers in the process of creation, only choices that become more appropriate within the given circumstances. We all see that the world is both becoming more and more removed from social interaction, yet at the same time the same technology, has created a need for sharing ideas. Artistic self-expression has become increasingly democratic. At the heart of this dichotomy is the ability to communicate together. This class is part of that essential ingredient. To be comfortable with your own capacity to share your imagination, vision, point of view with others."
