Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

-Review maintenance requests, assess necessity, and provide recommendations;
-Coordinate with contractors and Operations Department for work execution;
-Monitor site progress to ensure quality and adherence to specifications;
-Inspect completed works to verify completion, and report defects if necessary;
-Ensure compliance with safety protocols during maintenance and addition & alteration projects;
-Response to Ad-hoc or urgent repair needs.

Job Requirements: 

-High school graduate or above;
-Diploma or certificate in civil engineering, building construction, or a related technical discipline is preferred;
-Minimum 12 years of experience in construction, building maintenance, site coordination, and addition & alteration projects;
-Familiarity with building maintenance practices, materials, and repair methods;
-Proficiency in site inspection, structured reporting, and document formatting;
-Ability to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions;
-Effective communication across contractors, tenants, and management;
-Experience in site supervision or project coordination is preferred;
-Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations;
-Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, PDF editing);
-Exposure to contract administration and procurement workflows;
-Valid driver’s license for a 4‑wheel vehicle;
-Strong bilingual writing and translation skills (English and Chinese);
-Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
