Application Details

A three-step flow of “Registration, Notification, Enrolment” applies.

Step 1: Registration — Register Online
(available period: from 30 November 2020 to 31 January 2021)

Registrants shall complete the registration through the “Online Registration Form” during the application period, and ensure all the required information marked with ” * ” is filled.

Complete all the required information, click on “Submit” to send your online registration form to the Lifelong Learning Office. In case of any error messages received, please re-enter the required information according to the instructions provided and click on “Submit” again. If the registration form has been completed correctly, the page will be directed to a confirmation page, meanwhile, its confirmation will also be sent to the E-mail address you provided.

Step 2: Notification

Individual registrants will be notified by E-mail about the further arrangements (including Programme Enrolment / Payment Settlement /Commencement / Cancellation / Postponement). Registrants shall follow the provided guidance in order to complete the enrolment and payment procedures.

Remark: Registration will be considered invalid if the enrolment is not performed during the required period; Registrants from the backup list will be notified by E-mail sequentially.

Step 3: Enrolment

Notified registrants must follow the provided enrolment guidelines and schedule in order to complete the enrolment and payment settlement procedures, details will be provided via E-mail. Course tuition fee settlement is available via bank transfer, the details for payment settlement information will be provided to the notified registrants through E-mail.

Any additional information or copy of supporting documents required by this programme will be requested on an individual basis through E-mail. Lifelong Learning Office reserves the right to verify the original documents if necessary. The enrolment procedure will be processed on the next working day upon received the completed payment settlement and copy of supporting documents (if any).

Upon successful enrolment and complete its required procedures, applicants will receive a confirmation letter via E-mail from the Lifelong Learning Office, and the confirmed payment settlement official receipt will also be sent by E-mail after paying the course tuition fee.

Remark: Programme might be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment.

Step 4: To be present for lesson(s)

Unless otherwise specified reasons, applicants are expected to attend classes punctually and no lateness or early leave is allowed. It is regarded as absent/invalid attendance if the applicant is late, leaves early, or leaves the classroom/online classroom during lessons’ teaching period.

Withdrawal

The paid course tuition fees or other relevant course fees are non-refundable, except for the cases of unsuccessful applications or course cancellation or rescheduling announced by our University. The paid course tuition and other relevant course fees are also not transferable, and requests for programme swapping will not be entertained.

Remarks: 

  • The paid course tuition fee and other relevant course fee are non-refundable, except for the cases of unsuccessful application of course cancellation or rescheduling announced by our University. The paid course tuition and other relevant course fees are also not transferable, and requests for programme swapping will not be entertained. Therefore, applicants shall consider whether the course schedules, content, etc. are suitable before enrolling in the course.
  • Applicants should aware of the fluctuation of foreign currency exchange rates may have differences occasionally, and therefore, all related bank charges are to be borne by the applicants (if any). The excess amounts of the bank draft are also non-refundable.
  • A certificate of completion for this training programme will be issued for participants fulfilling a required attendance rate of 80%.
  • In the event of any dispute concerning the matters in this application form, the Lifelong Learning of the University of Saint Joseph reserves all rights to make the final decision. All data will comply with the “Personal Data Protection Act” (Law no.8/2005).
