The Office for Student Affairs, together with the USJ Student Association, have organised the USJ 2015 Freshmen Orientation Day on the 1st & 2nd of September 2015.

The Office for Student Affairs, together with the USJ Student Association, have organised the USJ 2015 Freshmen Orientation Day on the 1st & 2nd of September 2015. The aim is to bring students together, know each other better and know more about USJ. It was held in the Speakers Hall and in Nape 3. Our beloved Rector was invited to welcome the freshmen; IT office and the OSA have also presented school-services available at USJ. The seniors also produced a short film that aims to discuss the issues experienced by freshmenwhen being new to the university.
The students had the opportunity to play games in Nape 3 to get to know each other; they were grouped in different majors and in the end, winners of the game received library printing codes; the other freshmen received USJ souvenirs i.e, file folder, pen and USB sponsored by the Admissions Office.
The freshmen also had refreshment together with the deans and coordinators, who came to mingle and talk with the new students.
